The Association is seeking individuals who hold corporate / business positions of responsibility in training development or management to serve as volunteer board members.
We are a 50-year old organisation supporting applied learning in both the public and private sectors.
Currently we have a rapidly expanding training program in competency development and competency management based on the DACUM (Developing A CUrriculuM) model conducted nationally and internationally.
We wish to strengthen our board with other busy individuals who can commit to providing leadership and support while learning more about the field of competency-based training and management.
