Andrea has been in the field of project and program management for over 10 years. Beginning her career in event planning, Andrea then moved onto project and program management. She has administered employee incentive and reward programs for 2000 participants across Canada, has coordinated large and small-scale projects, and spent two years spent surveying youth on community action and youth-related issues. Among other past projects are conferences, policy development, and managing foreign credential recognition projects for both regulated and unregulated occupations. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature as well as a Master’s of Project Management. In addition, she has been certified as DACUM (Job Task Analysis) profiler and an Essential Skills profiler.
